DATA AND SECURITY

How We Handle Your Account and Data

Your account data stays within the scope of our published privacy policy. We collect only what's necessary to verify your identity, process PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ transactions, and comply with applicable state reporting rules. Cookies track session activity and your lobby preferences — you can manage cookie consent from the browser settings panel on any device. Account security uses encrypted connections and requires identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.

Data Retention

We keep transaction and identity records for the period required by applicable state law, then delete or anonymize them per our published retention schedule.

Cookie Controls

Session and preference cookies are active by default. Navigate to browser settings or the cookie banner on your first visit to adjust consent at any time.

Account Security

Every account uses SSL-encrypted sessions. Withdrawals require identity verification — a government-issued ID matched to your registered profile before funds move.

Your Data Rights

You can request a copy of your stored data or ask for corrections by contacting the policy team. Requests are acknowledged within the window stated in our privacy policy.

What You're Asking About Our Legal Terms

These are the legal questions we hear most often from players in eligible states. If your question isn't here, use the in-app Legal and Data Requests form in your account settings.

Yes. Access depends entirely on whether your state permits online casino activity. We do not override state law, and creating an account in an ineligible state violates our Terms of Service.

Each PayPal and Venmo transaction is subject to our payment terms, which include a defined reversal window. Initiating a chargeback outside that window is treated as a breach of our Terms of Service.

Open Settings, select Account Help, then Legal and Data Requests. Submit the form and we'll send your data export to your registered email address within the timeframe in our privacy policy.

Identity verification files and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable state law. After that window closes, records are deleted or anonymized per our retention schedule.

Your remaining Play+ balance is returned to your account wallet. You can then withdraw via your linked Play+ prepaid card, subject to standard verification before the funds are released.

Disputes go through our internal compliance review first. If that doesn't resolve the issue, the matter follows the binding arbitration process described in Section 9 of our full Terms of Service.
